Print out the Cat-Eyed Mask Template.

Note: You don't *NEED* the embellishments sheet, but you could use the ears on it if you would prefer paper ears instead of using pipe cleaners.

Use a glue stick to glue the template to the back of a piece of glitter paper, then cut it out.

Follow the template to build your circuit.

Use hot glue to glue pipe cleaners around the perimeter of the mask on the front and the back. Look for the extra-fuzzy variety that is about twice the width of a normal pipe cleaner.

Use the eye template to cut the eyes out of a contrasting texture of black paper or other matte material.

Glue the eyes in place.

Make two triangles with another piece of pipe cleaner to make the ears and glue them in place.

Wrap pipe cleaners around a wooden dowel, then glue the dowel to the back for a masquerade style handheld mask.

Hold the mask to your face and become a cat!
