Double Sided LEGO Stud files can be found on our thingiverse.com account.

No supports should be needed, but it shouldn't cause any issues if you do use them. We had success both with and without Cura's automated supports.

Depending on your printer you may need to bump the size up or down a couple percentage points. LEGO has tight tolerances and differences in 3D printers may throw that off.
