Introduction

A 3D Printed LEGO Technic Compatible mount for a 2AA Battery Holder. This is used in the Bit Board Rover Kit. We are sharing the file in case you want to print your own.

    • We have two versions, a short one and a tall one. The short one will print faster and use less material, and the tall one is better at hiding the battery pack if desired.

  2. The battery pack sits inside the holder loosely. If you want a more secure fit you can add some tape to hold the battery pack in place. Every 3D printer is a little different! If your part doesn't fit properly here are a few things to try. Part too tight? Try sanding it or cutting away some material with a knife.

    • Part too loose? Add some tape to act as a shim.

    • You can also try printing it at slightly more or less than 100% scale.
